Micaela has been working in the Communications field for over 10 years. She has a BA in Communications Studies, a MBA in Human Resource Management and is currently working on her Doctor of Business Administration specializing in Strategic Leadership. 

 

Micaela started Effective Efficient Virtual Assistant company in 2011. She saw that there was a need for people needing help with resumes and cover letters so she started reaching out to schools, and students to assist them. She does workshops for schools, seminars, and one on one career planning. Some of her successes are evident in her portfolio on her website and in her testimonials.

She is currently speaking for organizations, schools and companies about job readiness and she contributes to The Maverick Digital magazine on topics such as: Entrepreneurship, Leadership, and Personal Development and the HBCU career magazine. Micaela is a trailblazer and she will not stop moving forward. Her love for helping people drives her and gives her joy.
